Dagon's Eye is a medium-sized ruin, located on a mountain north from the Forgotten City of Xel-ha. Maybe this ruin was a vantage point to watch over the city, this would explain the location and the name. You can find an Obelisk, Panthers, and 
Ironstone nodes near the ruin.
