Description
The Black Dragons are the elite troops of Aquilonia, charged with guarding the Royal family until death. They are well respected throughout Tarantia and the realm, and the king sends them to serve his justice to bandits and other outlaws.
Namedides, the current king of Aquilonia, is a ruthless tyrant and dark rumors hold that he sends his bodyguards to assassinate his political enemies.
The Black Dragons are easily identified at the royal palace by the bright plumes on their helmets. This makes them a target in battle, of course, but anyone overconfident enough to deliberately seek battle with a Black Dragon is about to learn a painful lesson.
The pinnacle of protection, heavy armor is a solid wall of defense against any type of attack, but the extreme weight requirements mean that the wearer must sacrifice mobility.
