Firis Flickertongue is a named, Tier 4 Tanner NPC of the Votaries of Skelos faction.

Firis Flickertongue can be found at the following locations:
- Shrine of the Oracle -
- The Well of Skelos - praying on a balcony above the Well entrance. ( X: -30238 Y: -249,533 Z: 27004 )

To extract Firis Flickertongue from the vulcano, you will need to drag him over various lava lines and rivers. Accordingly, you need to make sure to build bridges, foundations and stairs beforehand.
