Master Fence-maker is one of the Recipes in Conan Exiles.
All four types of T3 fences (regular and crenelated T3, stone and black ice) will should (bugs not withstanding) deal damage to anyone trying to climb them, as will both of the palisades, thus causing the climber to lose their grip and fall.
