A Rotted Hulk (Siptah) is a three skull Boss creature in Conan Exiles on the Isle of Siptah.

- As an Undead Creature, Rotted Hulk (Siptah) is not subject to Bleeding, but is able to be Crippled and Gouged.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Rotted Hulk (Siptah) does not drop a Skeleton Key.
- Rotted Hulk (Siptah) will drop a Fragment of Power and randomly:
- The Healing Waterskin, a Legendary Weapon Repair Kit, a Legendary Armor Patch Kit, and the Jagged Edge.
