Yes, it is appreciated to always add the proper license to uploaded files, that can be easily done by simply selecting the proper license in the upload form. If you are using MsUpload, you can go back on them to add both a license and a category.
I saw that you just uploaded files, thank you for adding the license, though you forgot to add a category, this means they appear on here. For those particular images you should add the following categories in the summary when uploading. Thanks ! :)
