A Spider of Leng spawns in and during The Maelstrom as long as certain conditions are met.

- A Spider of Leng is a World Boss that will drop a Greater ???? when harvested.
- A Giant spider (6 meters high approximately) of dark colors and shades of gray with the upper part of the semi-human body and an equally anthropomorphic head.
- It presents bioluminesence in eyes and sicular sections in the abdomen with front extremities with similar point termination to swords
