Varpnir is a named, Tier 4 Archer NPC of the Heirs of the North faction.
He can be found at Desertwatch, just SE from New Asagarth.
He can also be found in Meltwater Crag.
Additionally, he can be located at Nordhof, directly north of New Asagarth, on the Highlands.
Other rumors says he spawn at Lian's Watch.
