Volatile Gland is one of the Resources in Conan Exiles.
Description
Harvested from the corpse of a degenerate, imp-like creature found in the Exiled Lands, this gland is a key component for making demon-fire orbs. The mechanism by which these creatures cause themselves to explode is not well understood, though scholars in other lands have reported similar incidents with frogs and ants. Most, however, simple agree that the explosions are sorcerous in nature and leave it at that.

Volatile Glands can be harvested from the red imps found between the starting desert and the fetal lands. You only get 1 gland per imp and they have a low spawn rate so gathering them can be tedious.
