Description

Most warriors prefer to carry a shield into battle if there is one available. The best blow is the one that misses, but the second best blow is the one that you block.

This shield is a primitive bundle of branches, strapped together with rudimentary twine made from plant fibres. It will shatter under sustained blows, but it might be the difference between life and death.
