Bosses are powerful creatures in Conan Exiles. More powerful than a typical creature, but not as powerful as a Legendary Creature. There are two main varieites. Outdoor Bosses are bosses that spawn in the field, usually in a pack or herd of normal creatures of the same type. The differ from the brethren by being either a different size and/or by having a different or unique coloration. They take many more hits to kill than regular enemies. There also dungeon bosses, nomally unique enemies that spawn at the end of a dungeon or cave.
